用對比鮮明的色彩與利落的線條，展示出向上奔跑的速度與前進感，黃色與黑色的線條除了延續文化國小本身運動服的意象，更用視覺帶出老虎的形象，以連結位處淡水五虎崗之中的歷史與文化意涵，並也包含了在學校頂樓便可眺望的淡水河與觀音山意象在田徑服其中。
