新北市淡水足球協會商標外框組成來自淡水歷史悠久的紅毛城立體面的六角形體為主體，並用紅毛城的顏色作為主要色系，象徵著協會在地方佇立著堅定的基石，淡水地圖融入足球中的圖樣，直接表示地方性，並且讓其置放在頂端，如同太陽般的存在，照耀著所有踢球的夥伴；將淡水意象的舢舨船融入在「TFA」的英文縮寫之中，並且往右航行，也象徵著帶著我們的精神往海外國際發展與交流，如同淡水港一樣，成為當時最大的貿易港口，觀音山與淡水河的地方意象更加強了淡水的形象。
